Appearance

Ranma's Bankai consists of chains that are connected to a metal plate on the center of his chest. The chains go across the torso and wind around Ranma's arms until reaching his forearms where smaller chains wrap around his forearms, hands, and fingers like bandages. Four retractable claws are on the knuckles of each hand and are connected to chains that can extend 50 meters. The chain also function as physical and spiritual restraints. Ranma's body become more muscular and he wears the black vest and black baggy pants of his Zanpakuto Spirit. His hair become long, spikey, and rigid. The color of his spirit pressure changes to black with a white outline.

Powers

The Bankai's power revolves around the use of dark lightning and electromagnetism. The electricity pulsating around him is white and his physical attributes are increased immensely. Ranma uses the chains connected to his claws like bladed whips by manipulating them with electromagnetism, and can wrap them around opponents. He can absorb lightning based attacks and strengthen his abilities. His spirit pressure in this form causes a thunderstorm to form with lightning, gusts of wind, and heavy rain.

Abilities

Raikurosu (Lightning Cross): A more powerful version of its Shikai and True Shikai forms.

Raikage (Lightning Shadow): Ranma focuses dark lightning into his hand and releases toward the target. The attack is near impossible to dodge and is capable of taking off limbs or even completely destroying the target.

Saaji Kooto (Surge Coat): The electricity that pulsates around Ranma's body works as a protective armor that is stronger than that of the True Shikai form. The electricity possesses the strength of one hundred lightning bolts, and is capable of exploding limbs if a person makes contact with the Saaji Kooto. 

Reiyuuchi (Spirit Attract): Ranma creates an electromagnetic field around any spirit energy attack. Unlike his Shikai and True Shikai forms which can can concentrate the energy of one attack and keeps it clasped in his hands until released with Raihanei, Bankai can capture multiple attacks which are then absorbed into his chains and stored in the metal plate on his chest. The energy of the attack can be released in one of three ways.

    - Raihanei (Lightning Reflect): One or multiple attacks stored in the metal plate can be be used by Ranma with five times its original power and infused with lightning based spirit energy.

    - Reiparusu (Spirit Pulse): Ranma Gathers all the energy gathered into both his hands. Then, by slapping them together it release a pulse that negates the ability to manipulate spirit energy for a two kilometer radius whether its internal or external for a half hour. This also causes Ranma's Saaji Kooto to turn off for the remainder of the time spent in Bankai.

    - Mugen Moodo (Infinite Mode): By hitting the metal plate on his chest, Ranma's body absorbs the spirit energy gathered and causes the chains to retract from his wrist to the metal plate releasing the restraints on his body. Then his physical and spiritual attributes to ten time his original Bankai strength for thirty seconds. This form uses up both Ranma's spirit energy and the energy gathered into metal plate. When the thirty seconds are up, both Ranma and his Zanpakuto reverts back to their original form.
