Czer Basilus - The Last Quincy by Blazewb

Orphaned at a young age, Czer grew up most of his life in hiding from the Soul Hunters with his best friend Mika Suzaku. When he was thirteen years old, he was finally capture along with Mika and taken to the Takiyama Laboratoy where scientists cut off his arm and replaced it with a prosthetic arm. He managed to escape with Mika with the aid of the Fullbringer Rokuyo Akibara and the Vizards Martos and Kino. From there he was taken to Hueco Mundo by Steven Corvinus to be educated and trained by the Lord and Guardian Ranma Kurogami. Five years later, he returned to the World of the Living to find Mika, defeat Takiyama, and restore the broken Spiritual Balance by becoming the new King of the Quincys.

Powers

Prosthetic Arm: Czer's arm was infused with the Vizard spirit energy of both Kino and Martos allowing him to fire charged vortex blast toward whatever he points at. The metal Hollow mask on his should takes the reishi gathered by the cross behind it and taints it into Hollow reishi. All reishi is isolated in his arm and kept away from the rest of his body a spirit energy scrubber built into the arm by Taikiyama scientists so that he does not become poisoned by the tainted reishi.
